پرسش بک آپ گیری

با سلام من این دستور رو برای بک آپ گیری از یکی از شیت هام (شیت 9) دارم حالا اگر بخوام فقط مثلاً از رنج a1:y100همین شیت بک آب بگیر چیکار کنم
