Step 1Launch Excel and open the spreadsheet to which you want to add a scrollbar. Click the “Developer” tab and locate the “Controls” section.
به مرحله های بعد نرسیدم
Step 2Click the “Insert” menu and select the “Scroll bar” option in the “Form Controls” section. The cursor will change to a plus sign (+). Click once in the area of the spreadsheet where you want the scrollbar to appear. The scrollbar will automatically orient vertically (up and down).
Step 3Click one of the sizing handles on the corners of the scrollbar and drag diagonally while holding down the mouse button to change the orientation to horizontal (left to right). Right click the scrollbar and select the “Properties” option, which will launch a separate window.
Step 4Type the minimum, maximum and current values for the scrollbar in the appropriate fields. Click the “OK” button.
